19:00 - 21:00 – Dinner
21:30 - Meeting of the organizers and the jury with representatives of the wind orchestras.

Saturday (April 26th)

06:30 - 09:00 - Breakfast / Hotel Uvala Scott-Kraljevica
08:00 - 12:15 - Competition: in the Community center in Omišalj
12:00 - 14:30 - Lunch / Hotel Uvala Scott-Kraljevica.
15:00 - 20:00 -. Competition: in the Community center in Omišalj
19:00 - 21:30 - Dinner / Hotel Uvala Scott - Kraljevica

In their free time, Fridays and Saturdays, wind orchestras have the opportunity to visit the city of Opatija and the city of Rijeka.

Sunday (April 27)

06:30 - 8:45 - Breakfast / Hotel Uvala Scott-Kraljevica.
09:00 -10:45 - Final talks between the president and conductor of the orchestra and the members of the jury.
11:00 - Festive awards ceremony for orchestras and chamber ensembles at the community center in Omišalj.
12:00 - 14:00 - Lunch / Hotel Uvala Scott-Kraljevica
14:30 - Departure from the Hotel Uvala Scott Kraljevica.
